Founder, Swell

Growing up in Hawaii I was surrounded by the ocean, swimming, running and riding under the hot Pacific sun. That connection to being outside and pushing my physical limits never left me.

But I'm in my 40s now, father of three, husband, and CEO of a company I'm actively building… slammed for time but fighting not to slow down. I'm the strongest I've ever been, but my joints are getting sore and years of sun has taken a toll on my skin and hair. Collagen protein helps build me back up, so I can keep fighting.

Getting enough protein takes real discipline when your days are full. I like having something warm to sip in the morning while I'm thinking, reading, getting my head into the day. Something grounding and nourishing rather than just stimulating.

Coffee is great. But I wanted something that built me up AND got me going. That's why I created Swell.
